One of my favorite things go do in the summer is to get out early in the morning and walk barefoot in the dewy grass. Turns out that is also good for our health. The other favorite thing to do (and people laugh at me) I take my shoes OFF to go to the garden :) . The earth carries energy fields that pull us towards it and it turns out those energy fields actually help balance our body so that we feel better.

Grounding appears to:

  • reduce inflammation in the body
  • Improve sleep by normalize the day–night cortisol rhythm
  • Reduces stress, mood & even pain
  • It can even speed any kind of healing in your body
  • it is also very good for the heart and circulation

Get out in the morning and walk in the dewy grass or in the cool of the evening just before sunset. In a world where we walk in rubber and plastic soled shoes it insulates us from the rhythms of the earth. Walking barefoot on the ground and in the soil is refreshing and energizing in so many ways.

The best ways to use of Grounding Blend Essential Oil
